- Customers will receive our order confirmation by email if order is confirmed
- No cancellation, no change, no refund once order is confirmed
- Due to hygiene reason and protection of all customers, all face mask products cannot be returned or exchanged. Please understand the product description, attributes and personal needs before arranging payment.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, FPS for payment.
- All products prices listed are in Hong Kong Dollars.
- Local order will be dispatched within 3-5 working days by SF Hong Kong Express.
- Local Delivery service: Order HK$100 or above, Free Delivery. Order below HK$100, HK$35 delivery charge is needed.

- 訂單確認後, 不接受任何取消或更改或退款。
- 基於衛生問題及保障所有顧客，所有口罩產品恕未能退換。請先了解產品內容、屬性及個人需要後才安排付款。
- 接受Visa卡、MasterCard卡、美國運通信用卡, FPS 付款。
- 所有貨品之價值均以港幣計算。
- 本地送貨: 貨品將於訂購日起 3-5 工作天內, 由順豐送貨。
